A Second Chance at a Pain-Free Life
Hi everyone,
My name is Hussein, and I'm reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea to help our beloved cat, Mylo. He is a sweet, playful 4-year-old kitty who has been a source of joy and companionship in our lives. Unfortunately, he has been diagnosed with a severe case of stomatitis, a painful inflammation of the gums that has made eating and even grooming an agonizing ordeal for him.
What is Stomatitis?
Stomatitis is a debilitating condition that causes intense pain and discomfort in a cat's mouth. Mylo's gums are red, swollen, and often bleed, making it difficult for him to enjoy the simple pleasures of eating and playing. Despite trying various medications and treatments, the only viable solution left is a full mouth extraction, which involves removing all of his teeth. This may sound drastic, but it's the only way to provide Mylo with a pain-free life.
Why We Need Your Help
The cost of Mylo's treatment is estimated to be around $4800. This includes the surgery, pre- and post-operative care, medications, and follow-up visits. As much as we want to give Mylo the care he desperately needs, the financial burden is overwhelming.
